Shipping policy

At JDM Auto Glass, we take great care to ensure your glass arrives safely and on time. Because we specialize in genuine, high-quality JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) glass, many of our products are custom ordered directly from Japan, ensuring the best possible fit, finish, and clarity for your vehicle.


ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Most orders are fulfilled within 5–7 business days once the glass arrives at our facility.
Please note that JDM Auto Glass operates on a 4-week import cycle — shipments from Japan arrive every 4 weeks.
Orders placed near the end of a cycle may ship once the next container arrives to ensure the correct part and fitment.

We’ll notify you once your glass is en route to our warehouse and again when it ships to you.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (CANADA & USA)

We ship from multiple distribution points across Canada and the United States, depending on your location and product availability.
This helps minimize shipping time and reduce the chance of damage during transit.

All shipments include tracking information, which you’ll receive via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

     Delivery times vary depending on your region and carrier.

     We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to glass size and handling requirements.

     All glass deliveries require a signature upon delivery for inspection and verification.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for tariffs, import duties, brokerage fees, VAT, and customs clearance charges.
These fees are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid directly to your local customs office or delivery carrier.

Due to the fragile nature of automotive glass, some large windshields or panels may not be eligible for international shipping to certain regions.


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Each order is securely packaged and handled with extreme care, but if your glass arrives damaged or broken, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging immediately upon delivery.
  2. Email alex@jdmautoglass.net within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  3. Include your order number, tracking number, and photos in your email.

Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement if the claim is approved.
